Dr. Beasley’s Rewards (the "Program") is a loyalty program offered by Dr. Beasley’s, Inc. By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Program terms and conditions. The Program, and all points and rewards, are void where restricted or prohibited by law.
Eligibility
To participate in Dr. Beasley’s Rewards, customers must be at least 18 years of age. A customer may become a Member ("Member") by creating an account online at DrBeasleys.com. To register, you must provide a valid email address and your first and last name. Registration is free, and no purchase is necessary. Only one (1) Program account is permitted per customer. Any account already receiving a discount is not eligible for the Program.
Communications
Customers in the Program agree to receive loyalty specific email messages with information about their accounts, as well as other promotional emails and marketing from Dr. Beasley’s. To stop receiving promotional emails from Dr. Beasley’s, you may use the unsubscribe option in any such email. If you opt out from promotional and marketing communications, you will receive a Welcome e-mail when you join the program and email communication for Rewards issued to you under the Program. Any personal information provided to the Program will be governed by the privacy policy posted at DrBeasleys.com.
How to Earn Points
Points can be earned on any purchase at DrBeasleys.com, providing that the Customer has a valid DrBeasleys.com account or creates an DrBeasleys.com account. Only purchases completed on or after March 2, 2021 are eligible to earn rewards.
For each $1 USD spent on merchandise items purchased while enrolled in the program, the Member will earn 1 Point. Points cannot be earned on non-merchandise items, such as shipping and gift certificates. Points are earned on the net purchase amount after applying all discounts, offers, coupons, and rewards redemptions. Points are not eligible to be earned on values incurred for applicable taxes and shipping. Only processed and shipped orders are counted towards the point total. Members must provide the email address associated with their Dr. Beasley's account at the time of purchase to receive Points. Points earned for returned merchandise will be deducted from the Member’s account. Points cannot be sold or traded and are not transferable.
Points are also able to be earned by submitting product reviews, subscribing to our emails, following Dr. Beasley’s on social media, creating an account, uploading a photo to a product review, or sharing Dr. Beasley’s on social media. A special coupon can also be earned by a referrer and referee for the first order a referee places.
REFER A FRIEND: Only referrals who have not previously created an account or placed an order qualify. The existing and referred customer will each earn $10.00 with the first referral order. Dr. Beasley’s reserves the right to limit the amount of referral coupons a Member may receive.
PRODUCT REVIEW: Each approved product review will earn 50 Points. Adding a photo will provide an additional 50 points. Dr. Beasley’s reserves the right to limit the amount of points received from reviewing.
BIRTHDAYS: Each member will receive 250 Points on their birthday anniversary.
SUBSCRIBING TO DR. BEASLEY’S EMAILS: Each member will receive 50 points for subscribing to Dr. Beasley’s emails.
LIKING OR SHARING ON SOCIAL MEDIA: Each member will receive 25 points for all of the following actions: Following Dr. Beasley’s on Instagram; Liking Dr. Beasley’s on Facebook, Sharing Dr. Beasley’s on Facebook.
Rewards & Redemption
As a Member earns Points, Rewards will become available to be claimed. Once claimed, a Reward code will be sent to the email address registered with the Member's account. The Member is responsible for keeping the account contact information current and updated. No responsibility is assumed for incorrect email addresses or failure of email to be received. If you do not want to receive emails notifying you of new rewards you have earned, you will need to end your participation in the Program. Rewards can only be used for merchandise items and will be deducted from the transaction total before any other coupons or promotional offers are applied. Rewards cannot be sold or traded and are not transferable unless otherwise expressly stated. Rewards have no cash value. Any Customer who returns merchandise acquired with a Reward will not receive a new Reward or a cash refund for the Reward value. Earned Points can only be redeemed for a Reward through DrBeasleys.com while logged into a valid user account. Rewards may be applied to purchases made over the phone.
Cancellation
Any Dr. Beasley's accounts can be cancelled at any time without notice, at Dr. Beasley's discretion. After any cancellation under this paragraph, all accrued Points and Rewards in any affected account(s) will be available until they are used or expire in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Dr. Beasley's can also cancel any Member's account if the Member has failed to follow Program policies and procedures, has sold or traded Points or Rewards, has used multiple Dr. Beasley's Point's accounts, or has otherwise engaged in inappropriate conduct, as determined by Dr. Beasley's in its sole discretion. If a Member's account is cancelled for any of these reasons, then that Member will be ineligible to enroll or participate in the Program in the future and will forfeit all earned Points and Rewards. Dr. Beasley's reserves the right to take legal action to recover any damages, attorneys's fees, or court costs from such a Member.
Dr. Beasley's reserves the right to interpret and apply the Dr. Beasley's Rewards Program terms and conditions at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law. All interpretations by Dr. Beasley's are final. By participating in the Program, each Member hereby releases Dr. Beasley's from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and other expenses (including, without limitation, attorney's fees) relating to his/her participation in the Program, use of Rewards, or agreement to these terms and conditions.
Updates and Changes
These terms and conditions, as well as any Program elements, may be amended, updated, changed or terminated at any time at the discretion of Dr. Beasley's. Notification of any such event, including the effective date, will be posted at DrBeasleys.com and also sent via email to Members via the email address they have registered with the Program. Continued participation in the Program after a change takes effect constitutes agreement to the change. If you disagree with a change, your sole remedy is to cease participating in the Program.
